To respect both your time and mine, the following is our cancellation policy: We require at least a 48 hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% fee or $50 for all sugaring appointments. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments. Late policy — we have a 10 minute grace period for Brazilian and Brow appointments and a 15 minute grace period for all other services. Your appointment may be cancelled after that grace period. If the service provider decides to service you after grace period, a late fee of $15 will be added to your appointment. We understand that life happens—please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Thank you!
